Sr. Implementation Manager- Supply Chain SaaS

The Sr. Implementation Manager- Supply Chain SaaS will help new customers ensure our client is getting high quality and current data from the source systems, and that this data is reliably uploaded to the cloud in a uniform format that can be consumed by the analytics and reporting engines. This role is essential in helping customers quickly and successfully utilize our client’s cloud-based Supply Chain Analytics solution to drive results for their businesses. The ideal candidate would have prior experience with data technologies, implementation practices, and data analytics. In addition, the candidate will possess both the expertise and communication skills to effectively influence customer’s senior IT staff. You will be working alongside customer IT staff and business analysts to retrieve customer data and understand the customer’s data structures and semantics. You will use your data analytics and implementation capabilities to transform the data and upload it to the cloud solution. You will be working with our client’s Customer Success team to ensure that the data is of the highest possible quality, and with our client’s Engineering team to integrate into the data pipeline. This is a fantastic role for an experienced hands-on technical project manager that thrives in an extremely fast-cycle deployment world. Responsibilities

• Perform initial data integration with new customers using proprietary extraction and transformation tools.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Document and implement customer data mapping requirements and resolve mapping changes, consulting additional internal resources as needed.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while delivering projects on time.
  
  

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in engineering or technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Ability to work well with customers and internal team.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and other business systems.
• Comfortable with SQL.
• Good understanding of supply chain/manufacturing processes.
• Experience with data pipeline engineering.
• Open to travel: Although most implementations are done remotely, there may be some for which traveling to the site is helpful.
