Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to support a program at Fort Johnson, Louisiana.
Requirements:How Role will make an impact:
- The Knowledge Management Specialist will manage content on the MTC Share Point portal, schedule meetings, and interface with MTC Government Staff.
- They will assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly Forces Command (FORSCOM) reporting, including Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP) Reporting, Manpower Estimate Report (MER) reporting, and Training Support-Materiel Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) usage reporting.
- Responsibilities include tracking and approving training requests, physical setup of facilities, Microsoft SharePoint management and testing simulation systems.
- The Specialist will participate in planning meetings throughout the training event lifecycle, coordinate with the contract lead on support hours, and keep MTC leadership informed of issues, making recommendations for resolution.
- They will also serve as the primary contact for utilization data collection and reporting.

- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in information management or related field.
- Information Technology (IT) certification essential, Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II required (Security )
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing physical security and access-controlled areas.
- 5 years of experience in (a) the Microsoft SharePoint environment, Microsoft A365, or similar web-based collaboration software tools and (b) electronic knowledge repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative tools, and social media tools.
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management. Knowledge of Army Mission Command Systems and simulation required and Army Key Control (AR-190-11) and classified material handling experience.
