Job Description
1. Assist Help Desk Coordinator with administrative work
- Creating better work flow solutions
- Creating better tracking systems
- Organizing and keeping schedules
2. Assist in Room Evaluations for Client
- Taking inventory of systems
- Taking pictures for reference
- Creating operation instructions for system according to template
- Including a recommendation sheet and preinstallation survey
- Creating a block diagram for reference
3. Marketing for Help Desk
- Constantly updating Website content
- Creating and updating list of potential clients
- Seeking out events to attend for prospective clients
4. Research and Development of various Audiovisual solutions
5. Assist in meeting support and training when needed
6. Be a pair of hands for technicians as needed
7. Assist in other CSAV Marketing efforts
8. Assist Administration in other company efforts
Qualifications
Required Skills and Traits:
- Professional communication and writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Efficient Organization
- Professionally enthusiastic personality
- Web Design Experience preferred, but not required
