Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Service Technician responsible for professionally installing Audio Visual systems into client facilities, with the highest level of integrity and commitment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain personal inventory of necessary hand tools to perform required work
- AV Troubleshooting with various systems
- Diagnosis and repair
- Returning systems to operational status
- Install equipment properly to meet (or exceed) CSAV standards
- Follow through on all paperwork to keep client information organized and easily maintained
Qualifications
Skills and Background (preferred):
- Knowledge in: Soundcraft, DBX, JBL, Polycom, Crestron, Aurora, etc. Additional knowledge includes Sound Reinforcement Systems, Live Performance Systems, Teleconferencing Systems, and Video Presentation Systems
- Driver’s license required
- 1-2 years of Field Service Tech experience preferred (training available)
- Knowledge of control software and programming
Must be able to meet deadlines, detail oriented and possess high organizational skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should express good communication/people skills and a positive attitude!
