Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Service Technician responsible for professionally installing and servicing Audio Visual systems into client facilities, with the highest level of integrity and commitment.
Maintain personal inventory of necessary hand tools to perform required work
AV Troubleshooting with various systems
Diagnosis and repair
Returning systems to operational status
Install equipment properly to meet (or exceed) CSAV standards
Follow through on all paperwork to keep client information organized and easily maintained
Qualifications
Knowledge in: Soundcraft, DBX, JBL, Polycom, Crestron, Aurora, etc. Additional knowledge includes Sound Reinforcement Systems, Live Performance Systems, Teleconferencing Systems, and Video Presentation Systems
IT Background Knowledge is a plus
Driver’s license required
1-2 years of Field Service Tech experience preferred (training available)
Knowledge of control software and programming
