Job Description
As a Senior Market Advisor at CSB, you will be responsible for promoting targeted life insurance products and services in your territory. Your primary goal will be to increase new policy buys and grow life insurance policy premiums paid.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in short cycle selling.
- Ability to close sales and document success in outside sales, achieving targeted sales goals.
- Result-oriented, process-driven attitude with a mindset to commit to following a system.
- Ability to commit at least 30-35 hours minimum per week and use CRM platforms and associated technology enablers for sales processes.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, ability to leverage mentorship/coaching, and a go-getter enthusiastic approach with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills, strong email and phone etiquette, and excellent interpersonal skills.
