COMMITMENT: Full-time.

COMPENSATION: $65,000 – 70,000 Annually

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Employee Experience Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic engagement initiatives designed to cultivate a dynamic and positive company culture, thereby promoting employee retention.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess the acclimation and skill acquisition of recent recruits during the initial month of employment.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new hires, guiding their acclimation to the company culture and facilitating their professional development.
  • Implementing employee engagement strategies to optimize performance during high-volume seasons
  • Manage the recruitment and interview process for the Supervisor Professional Development Program.
  • Utilize surveys to cultivate a culture of open communication and ensure employees’ voices are actively heard.
  • Analyze employee feedback and complaints, partnering with Event Managers to implement operational improvements at their respective venues.
  • Strategically communicate the benefits of our Employee Stock Ownership Program to enhance employee retention by fostering a sense of shared ownership and long-term career growth opportunities.
  • Maintain the employee referral program through efficient tracking and streamlined payout processing.
  • Implement a recognition program utilizing tangible commemoratives to acknowledge employee tenure and exceptional performance.
  • Assist the Recruiting Managers in the development and implementation of off-site hiring events and new employee orientation programs.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists as directed by the Director of Recruiting and Employee Retention, and as needed by corporate or company business conditions, in the oversight of retention operations to ensure proper functioning in compliance with all company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains an effective company retention and engagement program, to include developing and maintaining programs for high performance standards, to improve employee experience at all levels of the company, and to provide guidance and direction to employees to assist in their professional development.


SKILLS:

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

• Must become proficient in company Workforce Management Systems

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and flexibility to interact with applicants and employees with tact and diplomacy

• Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

• Proficiency in virtual communication: Zoom, Google Meet, & Microsoft Teams

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, applicants or organizations

• Excellent customer service skills

• Effective time management skills

• Must be a self-starter and be able to make independent decisions



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree; and/or related experience and/or training in recruiting, human resources, marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to author speeches and articles using original or innovative styles and techniques. Ability to speak effectively before large groups of customers or employees.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in abstract, concrete, or mathematical and diagram formats. Ability to apply common sense understanding to support problem-solving initiatives.


COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Explorer; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; and Microsoft SharePoint. Must become proficient using the company Prota-Tech Scheduling and Hiring program.
