Overview
Commercial Parts Coordinator Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
As a CSC Commercial Parts Coordinator you're primary responsibility for providing parts support by partnering with internal teams to resolve parts needs through
proactive customer interactions.
Position Duties:
- Provide parts support for Super Laundry customers
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure parts needs are met and the customer is communicated to
proactively throughout the process - Be involved in problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer
- Ensure all interactions with customers (both internal and external) are professional and courteous
- Support customer needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors,
with the customer as the primary focus - Other duties assigned

What we’re looking for
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience - Associates degree or college degree preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write correspondence such as individual and small group emails
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to apply understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Have strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Bilingual; ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable
