In This Role You Will
- Process technician parts, tools, and supply requests
- Return unused and warranty parts
- Receive parts into eAutomate system
- Check status of parts orders and receive them upon arrival
- Pull tech parts for restock daily to be delivered by UPS/FedEx
- Monitor and cancel back ordered parts
- Complete necessary computer transactions to ensure accurate inventory records
- Handle incoming calls, e-mails and customer walk-in window duties
- Track, account for, and distribute all parts, supplies and inventory items
- Track APS parts orders
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent data entry skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
