Overview
REGIONAL SALES MNGR Commercial Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Primarily responsible for utilizing a consultative sales approach in prospecting, closing new business, and new business development for the commercial segment of the business.
- Managing prospects and building customer relationships through development of sales/marketing plans and maintenance of key account information
- Communicating to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues
- Scheduling regular visits with customers to facilitate future renewal discussions
- Matching commercial services and products with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing
- Partnering with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies
- Maintaining data in the CRM. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information
- Communicating pricing and service strategies

What we’re looking for
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees, clients, and customers
- Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
- High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
