My name is Derek, and I lead the sales team for G3 Solar in the Columbus region. I personally review every application and don't rely on filters to disqualify candidates before getting to know them. Requirements:

  • Attendance at team meetings 2-3 times a week

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility is to educate homeowners about solar and help them make informed decisions during in-home consultations. After demonstrating competence with our sales process (typically 1-2 weeks), you’ll receive company-provided leads. Those who excel at closing will have appointments automatically placed on their calendar. In addition, we encourage self-generating sales through referrals, door-to-door outreach, and social media marketing, which pays double commission.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
