CSG is hiring Exterior Facility Cleaning Day Porters that enjoy working independently and have an extreme eye for attention to detail. Our philosophy is simple: either it is clean, or it is not. So, what exactly are my job responsibilities?
You will visit key accounts (shopping centers, office parks, industrial parks) on a routine basis throughout the week, with the primary responsibility of keeping the parking lots and common areas free of debris and hazards. You will travel to our clients’ properties in uniform and a clean company vehicle. Another key responsibility is inspecting the property and reporting any maintenance issue, such as potholes, graffiti / vandalism and broken cubs, just to name a few, of the 35 items inspected.
Qualifications:
This position requires a person with:
- Cleaning and/or property maintenance experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver License (approved by Company Insurance Policy)
- Pass drug test
- Proven dependability

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a service route as assigned by supervisor.
- Notify Management immediately of any safety or maintenance problems observed.
- Report to work as assigned, uniformed and drug-free.
- Notify supervisor in advance of any absences or tardiness.
- Perform all cleaning services and any other instructions supplied by your supervisor.
- Report to supervisor before leaving any property that has not been completed 100%.
- Always operate Company vehicles in a safe manner observing all traffic laws and safety procedures, including seat belts.
- Have a complete understanding of job responsibilities, duties and perform within the allotted times.
- Report any equipment or vehicle that is not functioning properly.
