Job Summary:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of project objectives, timelines, and resources required.
Project Execution:
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Project Monitoring and Control:
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience preferably in the water/wastewater construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced construction environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
