Senior Civil Engineer
Position Overview:
The Senior Civil Engineer plays a key role in leading engineering teams, ensuring technical compliance, and applying industry best practices. This position involves managing project scope, budget, and schedules while serving as a liaison between engineers, project managers, and senior leadership. The engineer will oversee design decision-making and coordinate across disciplines to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute detailed civil engineering work in coordination with other disciplines.
- Ensure technical compliance with all relevant codes, laws, and regulations as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope documents aligned with company and client objectives.
- Coordinate civil engineering efforts with other disciplines and oversee the preparation of design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit project-specific reports and forecasts.
- Ensure engineering deliverable follow proper work sequences, content standards, and production methods.
- Uphold core company values, ensuring the quality and completeness of engineering functions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and scope change control processes.
- Utilise engineering software and drawing production tools efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience
- PE license required.
