CSI Companies is seeking a Business Analyst (Menu Implementation) to work with one of the top fast-food companies in the country and an amazing organization!
Description:
In this role, you will serve in an important role in managing and creating customer-facing and team-member-facing menus. You will work with cross-functional teams and partners across the organization to gather menu rollout and test requirements. You will assist the Enterprise Menu Data Management team in determining development needs, building menus, managing data, testing, and rollout day support for menu product rollouts and tests.
Responsibilities:
- Item Creation
- Menu Building
- Communicate with Menu Consumers
- Rollout Sunday/Monday
- Bug/Feature ticket creation for EMM development needs
- Attend Category Lead meetings
- Testing Preparation
- Assist with Testing

Type:
- Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Duration:
- Multi-year contract (you will have benefits through CSI)
Salary : $45 - $50
