Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Deployment Technical Systems Support Lead to provide operational and maintenance support for our current Deployment applications, including Talent Marketplace, STAFFIT, and MyGigs. This consultant will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing integrations for the deployment applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be quick to understand complex systems, and have hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting technical systems in a deployment environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide ongoing operations and maintenance support for Talent Marketplace, STAFFIT, and MyGigs deployment applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues, including data, integrations, and user-reported problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications are running smoothly and meeting business needs.
Support program management efforts by assisting in the ideation, design, and implementation of new talent systems.
Provide solutions to technical problems related to system deployment, integrations, and application data flow.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and teams to keep them updated on system performance and issues.
Help document technical troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
Ensure that technical deployment requirements are aligned with overall business goals.
Stay updated on best practices and technological advances to continuously improve system performance and troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in program management support and the deployment of new talent systems from ideation to deployment.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of application data, integrations, and deployment processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to document issues and solutions clearly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

High speed internet on a home, private network, is required

Experience supporting talent management or HR technology platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with deployment tools, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
