Are you a Project Manager with multifamily experience looking to join a market leading General Contractor in Colorado?

Are you looking to be the figurehead of large-scale projects where you will have the autonomy to make the key critical decisions that determine success?

The Project Manager is critical to CSI Construction’s Multifamily Division and involves oversight of projects throughout Denver. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will be tasked with leading a range of complex projects and be given the autonomy to manage them as you see fit, whilst also supported by your project teams, peers, and management group. The company has a substantial backlog of projects in Denver and you will receive training as well as continued development in order to progress your career within the business long term.

Candidate Skills, Experience and Background

• Must have managed at least one (1) Ground-Up Multifamily project (Podium, Wrap, Garden Style) including sitework/site development from start to finish.
• Must have knowledge and experience overseeing sitework/site development such as earthwork, utilities, concrete, layout etc.
• Must be technically minded, process driven, and have a thorough understanding of all scopes/trades involved in a multifamily construction project.
• Must be experienced in overseeing financial forecasting and tracking costs.
• Must be familiar with building and executing a CPM schedule.
• Must be tech-savvy and be easily trained on software.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience is desirable but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
• Annual Bonus and Project Milestone Bonuses
• Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance Gas Card and Toll Pass
• 401(k): Match 50% of the Employee’s first 4% contributed
• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance – CSI pays 50% of these premiums
