Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve any challenges.
- Monitor and report on project performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with commercial construction practices is a plus.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam is desirable.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills, including P&L oversight.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration among different disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
