CSI Erosion, a leader in the Erosion Control Business, has immediate opening for a experienced Crew Leader/ Driver, previous experience highly desired. We offer competitive pay and benefits with great opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
· Must have experience operating equipment (skid steer, bobcat, trencher, backhoe and sweeper)
· Interact with contractor on company’s behalf, ensure expectations being met.
· Previous leadership experience is highly valued, as it enables individuals to effectively manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
· Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and promote/encourage healthy work environment.
· Act as liaison for company with Contractors to verify satisfaction with project.
· Maintain a clean work site and collect unused material daily.
Requirements:
· Valid Driving record for 3 years (MVR will be verified)
· Able to bend , squat, walk and lift up to 50 LBS
· Ability to secure DOT Physical Card upon hire.
· Overtime as needed
· Knowledge of BMP is required but not necessary
