General Job Summary:
A Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the management of a team which includes Area Managers, Account Managers, Supervisors and overseeing multiple accounts within a region of the United States. This position is responsible for achieving company goals, client satisfaction, good employees’ relations, and ensuring that client and company policies, scope of work, and quality standards are being met by each account. Ensures the regional team develops personally and professionally. Acts as Liaison with Clients and works toward contract renewals and add-on business. Works with Sales Team, conducts walk-throughs on new opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supports regional team with tools, requests, and new ideas.
- Implements plans and processes to maintain or obtain better productivity.
- Reviews financial information and adjusts operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Meets with team at least twice a month in addition to daily conversations.
- Provides training in quality control, safety, cleaning procedures to all Area Managers.
- Works to implement company programs and values.
- Establishes positive employee relations.
- Provides constructive feedback.
- Evaluates overall performance by gathering, analyzing reports.
- Reviews weekly reports.
- Analyzes OT and finds solutions to complete tasks within budgets.
- Commits to follow all required standards, and other required customer requirements.
- Visits accounts at least quarterly.
- Makes sure that Area Managers provide training to all employees so that they can well perform the assigned tasks effectively.
- Ensures safe work environment by ensuring all are following safety regulations and procedures.
- Makes sure team works within assigned budgeted hours and supply dollars.
- Performs Site Inspections and works with team to ensure corrective actions are taken and re-train staff to mitigate future deficiencies.
- Leads team to proactively provide solutions to service needs within the client’s space.
- Works closely with clients to ensure CSI International, Inc. staffing team is meeting client service, communication, and reporting expectations.
- Attends weekly clients’ meetings as required.
- Performs QBR.
- Leads operational team to always improve quality and overall operations success.
- Makes certain all employees have the proper equipment and resources to perform their responsibilities with success.
- Works with teams to ensure all equipment is maintained in a manner that promotes quality standards.
- Leads entire team to improve overall morale and job satisfaction.
- Ensures team completes all training quarterly.
- Leads Site Managers and Area Managers to embody CSI International, Inc.’s No Lost Accounts for Service attitude.
- Recruits talented labor and embodies our recruit from within culture.
- Discusses RFP with Business Development team.
- Resolves conflicts while complying with all human resources policies.
Performance Measures:
- Updates BP and budgets annually or as needed.
- Ensures payroll is approved and submitted by 12:00PM every Monday.
- Responsible to ensure all Work Orders are submitted for processing as soon as job is completed.
- Addresses any service requests or client escalations in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
- Ensures payroll, supplies and equipment do not exceed monthly limits.
- Completes 100% of site inspections and audits as per calendar.
- 100% account retention
- Audits that 100% of all sites have received all required training, at Start Ups and throughout the year.
