**Tribal Forestry Division Manager Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tribal Forestry Division Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating forestry activities on treaty rights lands.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate forestry activities on treaty rights lands.
  • Work closely with the Tribal Forestry Division to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Forestry or Resource Management, or related field.
  • Two-year Associate's degree in Forestry or Fire-related field, with a minimum of four years of supervisory experience in forestry or fire.
  • Red card qualification as Single Resource Boss (CRWB, ENGB, HEQB, FELB).
  • Incident Commander Type 5 (ICT5) red card qualification.
  • Firing Boss (FIRB) trainee red card qualification preferred.
  • Valid State of Montana driver's license required.
  • BIA/Northwest Regional Office Safe Driver Approval required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $31.64 per hour, including benefits.
  • A testing designated position within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy.
