About the Role
">In this role, you will be responsible for implementing modifications related to the process improvements, changes, support, and maintenance of the Parenterals Control Systems.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Maintaining alignment with global strategy & scope by ensuring the required process control is implemented within DCS, PCS, MES and PLC systems for both new and legacy systems. ">
- Ensuring system alignment with Global Execution Systems (Automation Engineering) approach within Manufacturing Operations. ">
- Oversight of contractors/integrators work during support projects. ">
- Ownership of process recipe and configuration across the Parenterals MES, PCS, and/or PLC systems for the Fill/ Finish Value Stream. ">
- Incident tracking, remediation and improvement associated with the Fill/ Finish Value Stream. ">
- Evaluating production equipment and machinery to ensure reliability and efficiency. ">
- Adapting machine and equipment design to plant and production conditions. ">
What You'll Need:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. ">
- At least 3 years of experience in Automation Technologies within the pharmaceutical industry. ">
- Experience in biopharmaceutical industry and Engineering/Automation projects preferred. ">
- Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management. ">
- Action oriented skills; ability to learn on the fly. ">
- Good problem solving, technical learning, time management and prioritizing skills. ">
- Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility. ">
