Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Kankakee. As a key member of the Process Technology group, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve process designs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to meet business objectives. Your expertise in process engineering and deep understanding of cGMPs and manufacturing operations will be crucial in driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize process designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including user requirements specifications and design documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate process improvements and results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Engineering or Science discipline preferred. Minimum 5-6 years of industry experience with upstream and downstream purification experience. Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facilities is essential.
