Job Description
The Associate Product Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing brand strategy and driving commercial objectives. This position requires collaboration with the Brand Director and other team members to create and implement key initiatives for KCENTRA.
- Assist in logistical aspects of Peer-to-Peer programs, content development, and KOL management in collaboration with medical affairs and medical education agencies.
- Support marketing efforts by working with training and field sales teams to rollout new materials/initiatives for national business meetings, POAs, and ad-hoc trainings.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with supporting agencies, ensuring alignment with brand direction and owning projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with market research and CI teams to conduct quarterly projects addressing key business questions and monitoring competitor activities.
- Work with congress leads to ensure optimal presence and execution at key congresses.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets while maintaining compliance with internal company and external requirements.
About the Role
This individual should possess strong problem-solving skills, be organized, and have excellent time management abilities. They must also be able to inform and take action, exhibit interpersonal savvy, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or life sciences.
- A minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience (including biologics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
- A minimum 1-2 years of product management experience.
