Center Manager Role
The Opportunity
The Center Manager reports to the Associate Director Operations (ADO) and is responsible for overseeing center operations, production goals, and financial oversight.
The Role
You will have overall authority for:
- Monitor net yields and implement improvement plans
- Ensure efficient donor flow and implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans
- Comply with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
You will also oversee overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready and meet with QA to include regulatory and customer requirements.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum)
- Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others
Working Conditions
This role requires:
- Reach, bend, kneel and have high level of manual dexterity
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Frequent standing and walking
