**Job Summary**
The Assistant Center Manager is a key member of our center operations team, responsible for overseeing the daily activities and ensuring compliance with Company SOPs and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all center operations are conducted in accordance with Company SOPs, federal, state, and local regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the center manager to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
- Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure compliance with quality requirements and customer expectations.
- Supervise and train employees on OSHA regulations and procedures, and complete all required record keeping and reporting.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others
**Working Conditions**
- Spend up to 80% of the time standing/walking, and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- May work with hazardous chemicals, exposed to extreme temperatures, and to bloodborne pathogens
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks in certain areas
