About the Job
In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager of Quality to monitor plasma center processes, ensure compliance with CSL Operating Procedures and all applicable regulations, and collaborate with center management to identify and implement continuous improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with CSL Operating Procedures and all applicable regulations by conducting regular audits and monitoring processes.
- Develop and implement retraining programs for operational or quality issues, working closely with center management and the Assistant Manager of Quality.
- Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents to ensure adherence to CSL procedures, SOPs, CLIA/COLA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic process assessments to ensure compliance with CSL written procedures and initiate investigations to document deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to analyze situations using critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, and frequent interruptions.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.

Working Conditions
This role requires occasional interaction with the public, standing and walking for 80% of the time, and sitting for 20%. You will also be required to reach, bend, kneel, and have high manual dexterity. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, sudden temperature changes, working with freezers, and various odors is also expected.
