As a Quality Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training activities, policies, and processes at the center level.
- Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents to ensure they comply with CSL procedures, SOPs, CLIA/COLA, and other applicable requirements.
- Collaborate with center management to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Promote safety, health, and environment policies and procedures, ensuring that safety training and practices are implemented and followed within the center.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent of one-year experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze situations.
- Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives.
