What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Coordinator position at Spectrum Human Services?
About the role
Quality Coordinators provide county-wide oversight of Adult Foster Care and/or Community Living Services (CLS) programs. This role directly supervises several Program Managers and their staff members, mentoring and providing training in all areas of Person-Centered Planning (in philosophy and implementation).
Using a collaborative teamwork approach, the Quality Coordinator participates in planning for the future as part of the leadership team. This role develops simple, efficient, and effective procedures to assist its staff in completing all required and necessary tasks. Applies Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles for all services and processes.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / G.E.D or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Must successfully complete all required background clearances

- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance (TB test, drug screen & physical exam), and clearance through Michigan Long-term Care (MILTC) screening
