The Opportunity :
Reporting to the Senior Director HR Analytics, as the Senior Manager Strategic Talent Analytics , you will will be responsible for leading predictive analytics initiatives that forecast future hiring needs, improve recruitment strategies, and drive the development of talent acquisition best practices across the organization. You will work closely with recruitment teams, talent marketing, business leaders, and HR to align talent strategy with organizational growth and goals. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid
