Key Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Health, or the equivalent.
- Experience working in a healthcare-related setting.
- Some exposure to long-term care, skilled nursing, and/or assisted living preferred.
- Willing to relocate out of area/out of state once Licensed is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- The Administrator in Training (AIT) will work under the guidance of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Preceptor to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience required to manage a skilled living center, and pass the examination for licensure to become a Nursing Home Administrator.
Opportunities post-licensure include potential promotion to Assistant Nursing Home Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator at other locations for candidates who complete the AIT training program. Willingness to relocate to other HMR market states/regions is highly prefered for AIT candidates.
