- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health, or the equivalent.
- Experience working in a healthcare-related setting.
- Some exposure to long-term care, skilled nursing, and/or assisted living preferred.
- Willing to relocate out of area/out of state once Licensed is preferred .
- The Administrator in Training (AIT) will work under the guidance of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Preceptor to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience required to manage a skilled living center, and pass the examination for licensure to become a Nursing Home Administrator.
