This position will be using 4DNAV so experience with that software is essential. Fusion 1 and LBL array experience is also a plus.
Mobilization date: Oct 8th to Houma and flyout to Vessel on the 9th Oct.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement offshore survey plans to meet project objectives and specifications
- Oversee the operation of survey equipment and ensure proper calibration before and during surveys
- Collect, process, and analyze survey data to produce actionable insights and reports
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and survey teams to ensure alignment and success
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that may occur during operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations of survey findings for clients and internal teams
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior surveyors and technicians
- Proven experience as an Offshore Survey Engineer in marine survey operations
- Strong understanding of various survey methods and equipment, including multibeam sonar, LBL systems, and GPS technology
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis software
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to offshore operations
- Willingness to work in challenging offshore environments and adapt to varying work schedules
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Offshore certification and training (e.g., BOSIET) preferred
- Potential for travel to various project sites nationally and internationally
