What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registration Clerk - Patient Access position at CSS Medical Center at Windber?
Registration of Emergency Room, In-Patient and Out-Patient area patients. Obtain and process correct physician orders, insurance information and consents for patients. Collect required co-pays, answer phone calls, make patients feel welcome providing excellent customer service. Evening and weekend rotations required. Experience with various health insurances and medical office experience helpful. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
Pay: $14.00 - $23.53 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 – 15 per week
