Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Production Activities: Direct and coordinate day-to-day production activities in conjunction with company KPIs, leading the hourly associates in obtaining company strategic objectives.
- Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Promote a safe and accident-free work place.
- Improve Manufacturing Efficiency: Lead a team that operates in a continuous improvement environment to minimize manufacturing cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times, ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment.
