Under general direction of the Department Chair / Project Director in the Department of Social Work, the Grant Post-Award Administrator provides advanced level expertise and administrative support to the Project Directors and Project Coordinators in the coordination and administrative functions of the post-award process of graduate level training grant stipend programs focusing on behavioral health workforce shortages. The Grant Post-Award Administrator will collaborate with other team members to assist with student recruitment and selection processes, practicum placement for stipend recipients, and training activity facilitation. The Grant Post-Award Administrator will be responsible for maintaining all funder data requirements, paperwork processing for student stipends and travel, data management and assessment, and providing support for periodic reporting and budgetary analysis.
The position involves establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with campus departments and statewide organizations including the Social Work Department Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) and faculty, Extension and International Programs (EIP) and other university units, CSUF ASC Sponsored Programs staff, and the funding agency, the CA Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).

Do you have a minimum Bachelor's degree?
Do you have experience with data management and analytical assessment using Excel, SPSS and online-based survey tools, such as Qualtrics?
