Hello! We are CSUSA Security, a premiere private security company that provides elite security personnel for buildings, construction sites and selected person(s). We are seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our team! This is not a typical sales job, we prefer someone who is looking for a long term career! You will be backed by a very supportive back office and management team. We thrive in over delivering to our clients and want someone who is looking to do the same. Our goal to make every customer you turn to our service beyond satisfied. You will be working in coordination with an inside sales team that will provide you with warm leads to follow up on, in addition to your own prospecting work.
Basic Daily Tasks:
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Monday-Friday, no weekends
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Be in the field speaking to potential clients and prospects
- Be there when your clients need you
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years minimum outside sales experience required
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in the security guard space preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Motivated
- Able to excel independently
- Must have a vehicle
- Clean Background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
