Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented creative and driven Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing both print media and digital marketing efforts to promode our brand and encourage audience.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute print marketing campaings, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns and event materials.
-Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers.
-Create engaging social media content and manage posting schedules.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide customer support
- Maintain office organization and efficiency
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
-Assist with branding strategies and marketing initiatives.
-Track marketing campaigns performance and provide insights for improvements.
-Self starter and take charge mentality.
-Ability to work independantly, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management and graphic design.
-Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
Hours and Compensation:
-Part Time - 9:00am to 1:00 pm M-F at our Glastonbury location
-Compensation hourly rate based on experience.
