Job Summary :
CT / HX is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanic / Technician to join our team in Hanover, MD . This role involves maintaining and repairing cooling towers and plate and frame heat exchangers. Our ideal candidate has solid knowledge of basic mechanic's tools, service, and diagnostic equipment, and possesses strong attention to detail along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on cooling towers and plate and frame heat exchangers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their concerns.
- Assemble mechanical parts according to drawings and specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment functionality problems.
- Plan and execute daily job tasks.
- Maintain detailed work logs, repair records, and daily reports.
- Ensure inventory and cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles.
- Perform assessments to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team and customers.
