We are immediately hiring a Full-Time GRAVE (Awake Overnight) Autism Aide. This position is available in our Syracuse residential home supporting male adults with Autism and other disabilities. No Experience Required!
Schedule:
- Sunday 8pm-8am, Wednesday 10pm-8am, and Friday 8pm-8am Total: 34 hours (This schedule is nonnegotiable.)

The Grave Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional (DSP)/in-home caregiver) is primarily responsible for helping the male adult clients in a residential home setting go to bed, checking in on them periodically throughout the night, helping them back to bed if they wake up, and doing a variety of deep cleaning tasks at the home. Employees must be able to stay awake the entire night.
We do help our clients with personal hygiene (toileting & showering). We provide you with all the paid training you need to perform this job, no previous experience necessary.

Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Willingness to help someone with personal hygiene (brief/diaper changes)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
- Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
