Construction Project Manager

CTA Construction Co., Inc. is an award-winning, ENR top 400, Waltham-based construction management firm that is currently seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to run the day to day operations of large-scale projects throughout Massachusetts. Candidates should be leaders, team players, organized and able to work with different teams within a fast paced construction environment.

The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for project success including:

• Management of the project schedule
• Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management
• Construction controls processing including contracts and change orders
• Monthly owner and subcontractor AIA requisitions
• Project schedule production and maintenance
• Responsibility for all project budgets, costs, P/L, etc.
• Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.
