Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and product portfolios of an assigned branch, including deposits and loans. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the overall functions within the branch, including business development, retail activities, sales and marketing, customer services and relationships, employee management, and compliance and audit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branch operations and retail services, as well as knowledge of financial statements and related laws and regulations. They will also possess excellent sales and marketing skills, ability to manage people and lead a team, and familiarity with e-Commerce, e-Banking and Branch Banking-related technology.
