Personal Assistant
Must be detail oriented, organized, good in speaking with people, able to manage multiple projects, willing to attempt solutions, able to work from home (computer / phone work), but willing to travel to project sites for in person communications and inspections on behalf of leadership
Duties to include:
Whatever Day to day tasks leadership needs up to an including:
Personal errands
Driving leadership to destinations, such as local airport (or arranging such transport)
Managing and tracking vendors such as:
Landscapers
Repair Contractors
Cleaners
Ensuring several properties are up to standards for guests
Coordinate special dates like birthdays
Basic Computer skills needed
Spreadsheet, Word processor
Social Media
This job entails diverse and evolving duties, coupled with a daily routine. You will be paid for hours worked only. It is anticipated to be 40 hours per week starting at $15 per hour.
Examples of current Projects:
Developing and implementing checklists and procedures for several properties
Coordinating the selling / disposing of two cars
Researching Rental markets for small equipment
Quick Daily management of leadership’s email
Researching a pontoon boat restoration option
Creating Signage for a Farm community
Finding a manual slide tool for a camper
Whatever else is needed
