Procurement Manager

The preferred candidate will have experience performing a wide varietyof procurement-related functions. We are seeking a candidate whopossess a strong work ethic, is comfortable working with diverseteams, and competent to effectively handle multiple tasks andassignments daily. This position provides administrative functionsrequiring a competent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365SharePoint, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. • Review and analyze requisitions from various divisions acrossthe agency ensure they meet departmental policies and followstate procurement requirements.
• Create purchase orders for assigned requisitions and route forappropriate review and approvals.
• Monitor and follow-up with division staff on status of openpurchase orders.
• Maintain vendor files and perform periodic review to updaterecords as necessary.
