CTG is seeking to fill a UX Researcher opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.Location : RTP, NC (hybrid remote) - 3 days in the officeDuration : 12 months, with the possibility for extensionDuties : Define, plan, and execute user research activities for a variety of hardware and software productsConduct iterative research spanning multiple types of concurrent studies, including usability testing, concept evaluations, benchmarking, and heuristic evaluationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to propose optimal user experiencesAnalyze research data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to guide product designUtilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including synthesizing data and statistical analysis (descriptive, inference statistics, classification, clustering)Present research findings clearly through storytelling and ideation, influencing internal stakeholders and global teamsRemain current on the latest UX, HCI, and user research methodologiesSkills : Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodsExpertise in data analysis techniques (synthesis, statistics, classification, clustering)Strong communication and presentation skillsExperience in delivering actionable insights to multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with UX research platforms and remote / online testing toolsExperience : 3 years of experience conducting user research in an industry settingProven track record in both evaluative and summative research methodsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international team environmentExperience with user research for hardware design is a plusPrior experience with AR / VR technologies and non-US markets is highly desirableEducation : Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Research, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, HCI / Computer Science, or related fieldsA Master’s degree in the same or similar disciplines is a plusAdditional Requirements : Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with a diverse groupSelf-motivated and execution-orientedWillingness to work within a hybrid work policy (3 days per week in the office)CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function ResearchIndustries Computer Hardware Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
