CTG is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead Credential Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the training efforts for our credentialing programs. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of credentialing processes, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee the development and delivery of credential training programs for staff and end-users.
Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and job aids.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
Assess the training needs of end-users and tailor training programs accordingly.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with system updates and enhancements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Maintain credentialed status and stay current with new features and updates.
Mentor and support junior trainers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement training policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training physicians and support of credentialing programs.
Strong understanding of credentialing workflows and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Epic or other electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
