Maintenance Technician - Multi-Property Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Keep our residential properties in top shape through regular maintenance and repairs
- Put your technical skills to work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and appliances
- Spot problems before they happen with preventative maintenance
- Juggle maintenance requests like a pro, knowing which fires to put out first
- Build great relationships with our property managers and residents
- Find clever ways to fix things without breaking the bank
- Keep track of what you've done and what you need
You'll Fit Right In If You Have:
- A solid track record in residential maintenance and repairs
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- A valid driver's license and reliable wheels to get you between properties
- The ability to solve problems creatively and manage your time well
- The independence to get things done without constant supervision
- Clear communication skills
- The physical ability to lift 50 pounds and handle maintenance tasks
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in multi-family or affordable housing
- EPA certification
- HVAC certification
- Computer skills for maintenance tracking

When You'll Work:
Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call shifts for emergencies. Because sometimes pipes don't respect business hours.
