Position Summary
This salaried-exempt role reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, managing benefit and retirement programs to align with business objectives and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Oversee benefit plan financials, including billing and budget reconciliations.
- Develop and manage benefits policies, procedures, and communications.
- Lead implementation of open enrollment and new benefit plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state agencies.
- Handle complex benefits inquiries and maintain enrollment/claims records.
- Supervise the benefits team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of benefits experience; 2–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred certifications: CEBS, CBP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP HCM experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional extended hours.
- Primarily office-based with some local and occasional overnight travel.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
