As a CSR, you'll be the critical link between our customers and our operations - managing orders, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional experiences from start to finish.
💼 What You'll Do:
- Be the Go-To Contact: Answer phone calls and emails, resolve concerns, and build positive customer relationships.
- Order Entry & File Management: Process customer files and orders quickly and accurately.
- Flushing: Enter all necessary information into our 4D business application.
- Quoting & Billing: Provide accurate, timely quotes and ensure billing matches shop/vendor data.
- Scheduling Support: Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track and on time.
- Quality Assurance: Double-check order accuracy and uphold CTI's high standards.
- Office Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Team Support: Pitch in with other duties as needed - we're all in this together!
🛠 What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with 4D business software is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
- Experience with CAD software is a big plus
