Job Description :

We are seeking a talented, hands-on professional to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as the Director of Manufacturing at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on senior management professional with career goals to work in an empowered setting with a broad scope of authority.

As a Director of Manufacturing, you will lead a team of professionals in planning and manufacturing operations of fabricating, finishing, assembling, and final preparation of products. You will report to the President / Chief Operating Officer.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain the Master schedule in Plex.
• Responsible and accountable for results in terms of cost, methods, quality, and quantity of production operations and personnel.
• Maintain production schedules, quality, safety, and cost standards.
• Expedite production activities as necessary to maintain an uninterrupted flow of production to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Investigate serious production delays, initiate remedial action, and coordinate related problems with engineering, purchasing, material control, and cost.
• Supervise the allocation of material, manpower, and equipment resources.
• Prepare production, operating, and budget reports.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and policies.
